Rachael Russell Saiger is the fashion director of international accessories and lifestyle brand Miansai, leading its global initiatives in marketing, public relations, photo shoot production and strategic initiatives. 

Prior to Miansai, Rachael’s fashion trajectory began as a wardrobe stylist at Vogue, and later as an artist at FORD and Wilhelmina. She would go on to become an independent creative consultant for high-end labels, publications, catalogs, commercials, content and advertising campaigns, working with talent all over the world. Rachael has featured in several high-profile publications, including Vogue, and has collaborated with a number of celebrities and major brands, including Veuve Cliquot and Nike. 

In 2011, Rachael founded the nonprofit Style Saves. With a multi-prong approach to providing aid to disadvantaged students and those affected by disaster-related occurrences, Styles Saves has supplied essential school supplies and uniforms, shoes, food, medical supplies and more, as well as with its holiday giveback programs to nearly 150,000 students. In addition, Style Saves has served 25,000 individuals in disaster relief efforts, including for Covid-19 and the hurricane devastation in the Florida Keys and Puerto Rico, as well as humanitarian efforts in impoverished communities in Colombia, Honduras, Haiti, Nicaragua, Guatemala. 

Rachael graduated with a degree in marketing from Johnson & Wales University, graduated with a degree in fashion merchandising at Miami International University of Art & Design, as well as attended fashion styling courses at the prestigious Domus Academy in Milan, Italy. Rachael and her husband, Michael, are parents to two young children, and splits their time between Miami, Puerto Rico, Italy and the rest of the world.
